Recognizing that the world’s fastest racing shell can’t help you earn a medal if your can’t get parts or repairs, we have an extremely responsive competitor support service. We are dedicated to providing sound advice and quick service for repairs and replacements. Most ADVANTAGE parts are stocked for immediate express shipment worldwide.

For a demo row of a Van Dusen shell just contact us and we’ll try to set you up. For many locations in the US we can contact a local boat owner and set up a demo row. Boston and New England locals can demo a Flyweight or Heavyweight Advantage rowing shell, or a Mohican kayak, on the Westport River (or Charles River on request). We regret that we do not have a Lightweight Advantage demo shell available in Westport MA, but there are many on the Charles River and we can help locate one for a demo row.

We offer repair services for all of our composite boats, including the oldest ones. We protect your investment in Van Dusen racing shells (and kayaks) by focusing our repair process on maintaining structural integrity and adding minimal weight. We are currently focusing on major repairs that only our shop can do. For small repairs and tune-ups we recommend going elsewhere as we have a long repair queue. For the same reason, we regret that we no longer offer repairs of boats from other manufacturers. We recommend Inriver Tank and Boat in Concord MA or Saratoga Small Craft in Saratoga Springs NY as high quality alternative repair workshops.
